The Award

This award is made for an individual or team of people who are a positive inspiration to their local community.

Families Utd is a family collective that has been set up initially by five families who have all been affected by the tragedy of losing a young one to the senselessness of youth violence. Driven by a sense of wanting to see positive change emanate from their loss they have joined together as a force for good. The families have put their weight behind this award which will be made to an individual or group of people who they feel are deserving of the accolade – Positive Role Model of the year
