Crimestoppers is the independent crime-fighting charity. It runs the 0800 555 111 phone number, allowing people to call 24/7 completely anonymously to pass on information about crime. People can also pass on information anonymously via a secure online information form on their website. Callers don't have to give their name or any personal information and calls cannot be traced.
The Damilola Taylor Trust
The Trust was set up as a memorial to Damilola, so that it might lead to his legacy being one of positive change in inner city communities. Now more than ever these changes are required so that the young people in these communities can live their lives free of fear and violence with renewed optimism in the future where options and opportunity can be made available to them.
This is the vision and while the trust may not be able to defend the entire world as Damilola dreamed of doing, but if we can defend the young people of our inner city communities then the quest will be a worthy one.

The Home Office are the Government department responsible for justice and policing as well as the security of our borders and immigration. The Home Office have provided the development funding to get the Spirit of London Awards up and running.
JTL Training
JTL and The Damilola Taylor Trust are working in partnership to support and promote the efforts of both parties in engaging, promoting and communicating positive life choices to young people.
JTL formed in 1990, is one of the leading training providers to the building services engineering sector and has the experience and resources to help young people succeed. JTL is a charity and all the funding we receive is ploughed back into improving training for young people or making it easier for businesses to employ more young people.
JTL deliver the majority of Advanced Apprenticeships in the building services engineering sector and are proud that approximately 70% of young people who begin an apprenticeship with us go on to complete their apprenticeship successfully. That’s compared to a national average of around 50% for Work Based Learning.
JTL work with approximately 10,000 apprentices and over 3,500 employers around the country and can provide all the benefits of a strong national framework backed by a hardworking local network.
